The Phoenix Schools’ learning environment is one of our schools’ strengths.   The administration and staff value learning, setting high standards and high expectations for themselves and their students.  Classrooms and school programs reflect the school’s strong emphasis on academics.  The California State Standards are followed and we are proud to say that these standards are exceeded at all grade levels.  The Phoenix Schools’ teaching style is a structured classroom allowing for each minute of classroom time devoted to constructive learning.  We believe in a demanding curriculum which views each lesson and homework as essential components in educating our students.  The teaching of responsibility, study skills and good learning habits strengthen the student’s success and the academic program.
