I am so excited to be apart of an educational community that prides itself in giving children an “advantage”—the Phoenix Advantage--an advantage that allows children to grow and reach their personal potential.  As an educator for 19 years, I truly believe that students, given the nurturing care and the academic support, can develop a lifetime love for learning.  I have had the opportunity to experience all levels of education as an elementary school teacher, high school teacher, mentor teacher, vice-principal, and principal.  I know the importance of preparing students in the early stages so that they are not only ready to compete with their peers but also empowered with a good self-image so that they can develop into confident adults.  My mission is to support systems that enhance a child’s ability to grow and develop into his personal best.  I am confident that this goal is being met as I partner with The Phoenix Schools.  I look forward to a great year.
