Jon Robinette — 4th - 8th Grade
I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan before moving to Colorado during junior high school . Prior to my employment at The Phoenix Schools, Folsom Elementary, I worked as both a Women’s Health and Mental Health Specialist for Solvay Pharmaceuticals.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 1995. After a successful, yet rather exhausting career in pharmaceuticals, I returned to school and obtained a Masters of Education and a California Clear Teaching Credential.
My classroom style is very structured with a high bar set for each child. Students can expect a well-prepared enthusiastic teacher whether I see them in science class or our physical education and conditioning class.
I became a teacher because I honestly believe it was my calling. Helping a group of students move forward together toward a goal of higher understanding is a very satisfying way to spend the day. I feel privileged to teach your children.
