The Phoenix Schools are committed to providing a nurturing, success-oriented environment for children where all learning is a joyful experience.

Our preschool and elementary schools are child oriented with the emphasis on providing every child the opportunity to succeed daily. This is accomplished by viewing each child as an individual with its own unique developmental needs.

Our decisions are based first and foremost on what is best for the child. By making children our focus, positive self-concepts are nurtured and this lays a strong foundation upon which development and learning become a positive experience.

Our teachers and staff are chosen not only for their education and prior successful experiences, but also, most importantly for their love of children. We know that the quality of a child's preschool and elementary experience is to a large degree dictated by the relationship between teacher and child. That is why our facility and staff are carefully chosen and given the ongoing support and training that is necessary for success with you children.

The Phoenix Schools knows that the time from 0–8 years is the most critical developmental period in a child's life and will help set the stage for how the child will view life as an adult. This awesome responsibility is given to only the best qualified staff and is not taken lightly.

Completing the State Personnel Record form
The State Personnel Record form is required by the State of California for employment in an educational environment. This form will be available at the time of interview.
